Problem: After 3 years in stealth mode, Transmeta needed to launch Crusoe, the world’s first low-power, high-performance microprocessor. Intel dominated the market. Transmeta ran the risk of getting lost in the marketplace.

Solution: Heavy emphasis on PR. In addition to helping them coordinate the launch event at Villa Montalvo in Saratoga, California, we created their logo, designed their website, produced all corporate trade show videos, developed an extensive print campaign, and designed their trade show booth, which won Best of Show at Comdex. We also created e-invitations directed toward appropriate journalists.

Result: The Press ran with the Crusoe brand and helped establish Transmeta in the marketplace.
